• Service charges are clearly displayed and may vary depending on the vehicle condition and service package chosen.

• We accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and bank transfer. A 2% processing fee is applicable on all card payments.

• Offers and discounts are time-bound and cannot be clubbed unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charges.

• Advance booking amounts are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed and initiated.

• In case of service dissatisfaction, customers are encouraged to report it immediately for on-spot inspection and resolution.

5. Warranty & Limitations

• Coating and PPF services may come with brand-backed warranty terms. Warranty is void in cases of improper maintenance or unauthorized third-party work.

• While we take utmost care during detailing, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages, electrical issues, or aftermarket part failures.

6. Accessories & Installations

• All accessories sold and installed (seat covers, lights, infotainment, etc.) are sourced from trusted brands.

• Installation of electrical accessories is performed professionally, but DetailinGuru is not liable for any manufacturer defects or post-installation issues unless explicitly covered by warranty.
